WHEELER-REX 465230 – Hydrostatic Test Pump

The Wheeler-Rex 465230 is a gasoline-powered hydrostatic test pump for pressure-testing water lines, plumbing systems, sprinkler and fire lines, pressure vessels, and new pipe installations. It combines a Comet triple-diaphragm pump with a Honda 5.5 HP 4-cycle engine to deliver up to 10 GPM across a 0-500 PSI range, mounted in a heavy-duty roll cage for jobsite and rental durability.

Features

Comet triple-diaphragm positive-displacement pump for steady high-pressure output

Honda 5.5 HP 4-cycle gasoline engine with recoil start

Adjustable pressure relief control, 50-500 PSI, to guard against over-pressurizing the system

Manual dump valve to release line pressure once a test is complete

Glycerin-filled 0-1000 PSI gauge for a wider working and verification range

Self-priming via the siphon method; gravity feed is the preferred supply method

Heavy-duty roll cage and base plate for protection and stability

Compact, lighter frame for easier transport

    Designed for clean water only
