Narex Carving Knives

A carving knife is a different animal from a chisel and must hold up under different forces in order to do its job. We chose to offer the Narex Profi line of carving knives because the steel used to make these excellent cutting instruments is a high strength magnesium-vanadium alloy that’s been hardened to 61HRC, so it will hold its cutting edge longer than knives made with inferior steels. This three piece set of carving knives features three distinct cutting edge profiles to give you a wide range of carving options.
