Micro Jig GRR-Ripper Gravity Heel Kit: Save your Double-A’s

The new Gravity Heel Kit for Micro Jig’s GRR-Ripper (item: MJG-200) works so well you’d think it ran on batteries. This device allows a seamless transition for your GRR-Ripper from flat pushing block to a rear-pressure pushing stick when working at the table saw, router table, bandsaw or the jointer. The heel drops into place when you need it, then lifts away when you don’t.

Fully adjustable from 0-1″, this gravity operated heel accessory has been designed to double as a sacrificial component to your GRR-Ripper if you so need, so feel free to use it as a backing block when cutting end grain joints to prevent tear-out.

The new Gravity Heel virtually eliminates tear-out and increases control and stability when feeding short or long stock on the table saw. It provides a secure backing on routing operations preventing blowout and can also be used as a template for repeat routing. The Gravity Heel is perfect for use with long stock on jointers. The Gravity Heel is there when you need it and gets out of the way when you don’t.
