Liberon Oil-Free Ultra Fine 0000 Steel Wool

Liberon steel wool has longer fibers creating a more even scratch pattern. It goes through a post-production treatment to remove residual oils from the manufacturing process, so no contaminants are left behind on your workpiece. It is recommended for the application of all , but it can be used to apply many other types of finishes. It also works great for final rubbing out and polishing of existing finishes.

Two Sizes Available

100g – generally enough for most small to medium-sized projects

250g – this is a lot of steel wool. If you foresee regular use or have a large project, go with this size.

Longer Fibers provide a more uniform scratch pattern on your work. It is best to cut the steel wool from the roll with scissors instead of tearing, as it will better maintain the unique fiber structure.

Oil-Free – Liberon Steel Wool is specially processed to remove all oil from manufacturing, preventing errant residue after applying finish or final polishing.
