These truly innovative jigs turn your router into a precision circle cutting machine. CNC machined from a tough plastic and designed to last for years, the Model 300 makes 184 different size circles from 7″ to 52-3/4″ in diameter in 1/4″ increments. Designed for use with solid wood, MDF, plywood, particle board and plastic sheet. The scale is calibrated to make circular holes when using a 1/2″ diameter straight router bit. A calibration disk and dowel pin are included which make installation a snap. The jig is pre-drilled to attach directly to 19 different models of plunger router. Includes mounting and setup hardware as well as complete instructions.

The Model 200 PRO makes 256 different size circles from 2-1/4″ to 18-3/16″ in diameter in 1/16″ increments when using a 1/4″ diameter straight or spiral router bit. These are commonly used for making speaker boxes for both home and car audio applications.

The Model 300 PRO makes 184 different size circles from 7″ to 52-3/4″ in diameter in 1/4″ increments when used with a 1/2″ diameter straight or spiral router bit. Use this jig for projects like round tabletops and furniture features.

Both Jasper PRO circle making router jigs include a centering disk, 1/4″-dia. steel pin, and a variety of screws to make installation on your router fast and accurate. The jig is pre-drilled to attach directly to common router models. For best results, we recommend using a plunge router. Both jigs come with complete instructions.
