The system consists of one carrier plate and three replaceable inserts.

It can be adjusted left-to-right and up-and-down to exactly fit your saw’s throat opening. Then freely swap the inserts into the carrier plate to cover all of your zero clearance needs.

You don’t have to keep buying entirely new throat plates to get zero-clearance fits to your varying saw blade widths. Gone are the days of having one plate just for thin kerfs, a second for regular kerfs and then even more to accommodate your most popular widths of stacked dado blades.

The ingenious Infinity ZCI system uses just one carrier plate and then you swap freely between affordable inserts as your blade width requirements change.

The core plate is 16″ long, 4-1/2″ wide and 1/2″ thick of solid aluminum, sized just right for your throat opening. Then the replaceable inserts just slide in and out from the front in a captive dovetail slot, and are held in place by the saw’s throat opening, itself. No tools necessary! The core system consists of one carrier plate and one each of the three styles of insert.

Sold separately, the 100-388.DIP insert is just blank, popular for dado blades. The 100-388.RK insert accommodates your riving knife, and the 100-388.BG allows you to mount the SawStop overarm blade guard. These replacement inserts are available separately in handy 3-packs of each type and can be swapped in a matter of seconds.

Note: When setting up for the first time, make sure to unplug your saw and spin the blade manually to check for any potential contact with the plate. We have tested this plate extensively in our shop on our PCS and there is no way for the blade or arbor assembly / flange to touch the plate in any configuration. We are not responsible for any accidental contact of the blade or arbor flange with the plate which could discharge your saw’s brake.
