Our innovative vise holds your router bits securely while you easily remove or install bearings or nuts. It’s also perfect for holding bits when cleaning off carbide edges with a wire brush. Precision CNC machined from 6061 grade aluminum and ergonomically contoured to fit comfortably in your left or right hand. The secret to its easy operation are the three unidirectional needle bearings used to securely hold your 1/2″, 8mm and 1/4″ shank router bits. Once inserted into the correct opening, the needle bearings lock your router bits’ shank securely in place so you can easily loosen or tighten bearing screws, nuts and perform routine bit maintenance. Black anodized to prevent corrosion and to provide years of service. Simply use the rare earth magnets to attach to any magnetic surface in your shop for safe storage.
