We’ve spent quite a bit of time tweaking our design to get this tool just right, and our offices are littered with various iterations of the sled that we ended up taking back to the drawing board for one reason or another. So, we are proud to finally introduce you to the VRS-200, made with precision materials and capable of previously unavailable functionality.

Horizontal and vertical plates made from ½” thick CNC machined 6061 aluminum billets

Vertical Plate is easily adjusted anywhere between 90 and 45 degrees

Positive stops at 90°, 45°, 33.3°, 22.5° and 11.25°

Spring-loaded pin automatically engages at positive stops

Clamping bolts allow adjustment to any angle in-between

Durable HDPE clamping and positioning bars are easily adjustable to suit your workpiece

Clamping bar-mounted toggle clamp included securing your workpiece against the vertical face of the sled

Toggle clamps can be mounted to either clamping bar

VRS-200.CC Additional Clamp Kit (available separately, above) allows for two toggle clamps to be used in tandem on both clamping bars for extra clamping stability

Removable and adjustable steel miter bar

Easy adjustability for versatile use in the miter slot of practically any machine

Simple to uninstall for use against machine fences

Adjustable foot to keep the sled from wobbling when working with narrow pieces during fence-guided operations

Secure stock up to 8-3/4″ in width between clamping bars

Taller toggle clamps than our VRS-100 allow for stock thickness of slightly more than 2-1/2″.
