Our Insert-Pro Shaper System offers the very best in quality and versatility for your shaping needs. Precision machined from durable aircraft grade aluminum, the tool bodies feature a tough anodized finish for years of service in your shop. We use only the highest quality C4 micro-grain carbide for the replaceable cutting knives, and precision grind each one to a mirror finish and razor sharp edge.

This Master Door Making System gives you the ability to make custom Interior and Exterior doors in five (5) popular profiles. It includes one (1) top and one (1) bottom profile cutter, our Exterior Door making Kit for stock up to 1-7/8″ thick (84-058), plus a sets of knives to make each profile we offer. The heads produce a 5/8″ wide tenon.

For extra strong doors, add our optional to make a full 2″ wide tenon.
