Infinity Tools Heavy Duty Door Making Templates

These Heavy Duty Door Templates are used to cut mating panel and rail shapes for frame and panel construction. These are Heavy Duty (HD) door templates that work with our HD Frame & HD Panel Master jigs. These HD templates are made from 3/4″ thick baltic birch plywood to provide maximum bearing or rub collar support. They are not plastic.

Twenty templates included with each set – 10 for the panels and 10 for the rails. HD templates must be used with our and . Designed for 6″ to 20″ parts, or frames 9-3/4″ to 23-3/4″ based on a 3/8″ deep cope joint and a 2-1/4″ wide stile.

Note: Each set of templates (rail and panel) are the same length. The template sets (rail and panel) are designed with a 5/16″ offset to allow the machined tongue of the panel to fit in the machined groove in the rail, however the templates sets themselves do not mesh together.
