Improved Circle & Radius Template – With Twelve Circle & Four Radius Patterns!

Have you ever struggled to make a hole in a project because you didn’t have a big enough drill bit? Heck even if you did have a huge bit was the hole clean, accurate, and burn free? Whenever we need to make large holes here in the Wood Lab we reach for our Circle and Radius Cutting Template.

Circle and radius cutting is a very common application for woodworkers. In the past you had to have two separate jigs to accomplish both. Now you can use your router and our new jig to cut perfect circles and radii with speed and accuracy. Made from 1/4″ thick Acrylic, our circle and radius router jig is tough and see-through with excellent impact resistance. Each jig is C.N.C. machined with twelve circles from 1-1/4″ to 3-1/2″ in diameter as well as four radii; 1/4″ , 3/8″, 1/2″ and 3/4″ in each corner.

The holes in this template are 1/8″ over the marked size and are designed to be used with a 5/8″ low profile router template guide and a 1/2″ straight cut bit. For best results we recommend our , item # BTG-100 and our 1/2″ diameter , item #85-911. With these products you are sure to get optimum performance and a clean accurate hole.
