Infinity Tools 7-Pc. Tapered Drill & Countersink Set

Traditional brass and steel wood screws, commonly used on fine furniture and accessories, are different than ordinary drywall screws. As a result, they require a different type of countersink. These traditional screws have a tapered threaded portion and a smooth body topped off with an 82* head. The tapered design of these bits allows the proper clearance for the body of the screw, which reduces the risk of damaging the screw head, breaking it off entirely, or cracking the workpiece. The adjustable stop ensures that the head of the screw can either be set perfectly flush with the workpiece or recessed into a clean hole and plugged with a decorative cap. The spiraling flutes on these bits clear chips effectively, producing clean holes in hardwoods.
