Each bit features a unique spiral geometry and compression geometry blended with a dual-bearing design. Each bit includes quality manufacturing that stands up to heavy-duty use in the workshop or the job site, you won’t find a cleaner cutting flush trim router bit anywhere. These bits feature four individually brazed carbide tips in a compression (upcut /downcut) design to eliminate chipping and tear out at the top and bottom of the material. Perfect for your prized hardwood, melamine and delicate veneered plywood. Top and bottom bearings allow for template and pattern routing as well as flush-trim applications.
There are four 1/2″ shank router bits in the set, offered in 3/4” and 1-1/2” diameters and in 1-1/4” and 2” lengths. The 2”-long bits allow trimming of up to 8/4 material without flipping stock over.
Three 1/4″ Shank bits allow trim router use! With a ½” diameter and 1” tall cutter height, perfect for material up to 1” thick while still letting you get into the tightest curves. The set also includes two 5/8” diameter bits to maximize finish quality in reversing grain, one with a 7/8” cutter height (perfectly suited to working with standard ¾” thick material) and a second with a 1-3/8” cutter height.
Please note: You must have a variable speed router to run these router bits. Maximum R.P.M. for 3/4″ diameter bits is 18,000 Maximum R.P.M. for 1-1/2″ diameter bits is 16,000
