Make Holiday-Themed Trays With Our 4-Pc. Kit!

Our 4-Pc. Christmas Tray-making kit has everything you need to make chip & dip, cheese & cracker, and candy serving trays. By gluing up your scrap stock (2″ thick seems to work best) and using different wood species, you can make truly beautiful serving trays. And who doesn’t like to use (or receive as a gift) custom trays?

The 1/2″-thick MDF templates are CNC machined and drilled with countersink mounting holes. We recommend using our CNC-machined router collet extension to give you more than 2″ of additional reach. The collet extension works with all of your 1/2″ shank router bits. Also recommended is our 12″ x 12″ large router base (115-032) for extra support when routing the trays. We also carry natural, FDA-approved, food-safe finishes which really make your trays stand out. Detailed step-by-step instructions included.

NOTE:

Our router template shapes take up most of the space on their 15-1/2” by 15-1/2” plates. We recommend you make your blanks to match the size of our plates so that you have enough room to cut the shapes out and still have strong and thick side walls. This way your trays will last you for years to come.
