Part of the MS, MH and MXP Rupture Indicators with Memory and O-Ring Seal family. Replacement discs available separately. When fault is corrected, the disc must be replaced and pin reset manually. Part of the Trabon Performance Indicators product line. Rupture Indicator for MH Divider Valves Only. Used on MH divider valve applications where lube system pressures exceed 2500 psi (17 MPa, 172 bar). High pressure from the lube line blockage causes a disc to rupture. The lubricant then forces an indicator pin to extend, showing the blockage. The high pressure backs up through the system and trips a switch that turns the system off. When the fault is corrected, the disc must be replaced and the pin reset manually.
