GRACO 563184 – Rupture-to-Atmosphere Indicators for MX Divider Valves – 2350 PSI, 1/4 inch-18″ NPT(f) – Grease

Rupture-to-atmosphere indicator that provides pump protection and gives visual indication of excessive system pressure. The pressure disc ruptures at a predetermined pressure setting, venting lubricant to the atmosphere and relieving the high pressure. Used on MH divider valve applications where lube system pressures exceed 2,500 psi.

Discs greater than 2,350 psi have a tolerance of ±20%. Part 563184 appears to be a complete assembly rather than individual replacement disc. Standard on all GRACO pumps. When pressure reaches predetermined setting, pressure disc ruptures, venting lubricant into atmosphere and relieving pressure. All pressures have a tolerance of + 500 psi (3.4 MPa, 34.5 bar)
