GRACO 255901 – MD2 Valve, 1:1 Ratio, Elite Hard Seat, Non-adjustable Snuff-back

Mixing dispense (MD) valve for 2 component materials minimizes maintenance while maximizing production.

Application: Static valve with Elite construction reliably dispenses highly abrasive thermal interface materials (TIMs), silicones, urethanes, and epoxies.

1:1 ratio nose handles a wide range of material.

Hard seats with Elite construction withstand highly abrasive material at least 10 times longer than standard construction. (Data verified in GRACO test environment.)

Snuff-back control prevents dripping as it brings material back into the valve until next dispense.

Non-adjustable snuff-back control keeps shut-off performance consistent for a clean bead dispense. Maximum flow rate is 25 to 30 cc/s, depending on material viscosity.

No unique tools are required for maintenance or repair.

Grease isolation chamber protects moisture sensitive materials and has accessible grease fittings for easy maintenance
