GRACO 255442 – MD2 1:1 Ratio, Hard Seat, Air-Actuated Gun, Non-adjustable Snuff-back, Manual Handle

Manual gun option for mixing dispense (MD) valve for 2 component materials supports minimizing maintenance while maximizing production.

Application: Static valve reliably dispenses and mixes a wide range of 2 component sealants and adhesives.

1:1 ratio nose handles a wide range of material.

Carbide hard seats and hardened needles are good for abrasive material and stall against pressure applications.

Hand held valve with internal air trigger controls the air piston that operates the MD2 valve. A pilot port can be used to control a pump motor.

Non-adjustable snuff-back control keeps shut-off performance consistent for a clean bead dispense. Maximum flow rate is 25 to 30 cc/s, depending on material viscosity.

Snuff-back control prevents dripping as it brings material back into the valve until next dispense.

Hand held pneumatic handle eases manual dispense.
