Your engine purchased from our website will be pre-broken-in using an innovative system called “EBIS” (Easy Break-In System).

What is EBIS?

EBIS is a modern and highly efficient method for breaking in nitro engines.

How does the pre-break-in process work?

The engine is driven by an electrically controlled system.

Oil heating system controlled by a computer.

The engine is placed horizontally and immersed in an oil bath during the process.

Each engine is thoroughly inspected after pre-break-in.

Benefits of a Pre-Broken-In Engine

A pre-broken-in engine starts more easily when installed in your car. However, it is still recommended to preheat the engine before each start. This reduces stress on the connecting rod and ensures a proper fit between the piston and sleeve.

Instructions for VS Racing Pre-Broken-In Engines

Before starting, preheat the engine.

After starting, let it idle for half a tank, then let it cool down.

Restart, then go on the track and gradually fine-tune the engine over 12 tanks.

Let the engine cool down every 4 tanks.

This process ensures better longevity and optimal performance for your engine!
